Shri Shaleen Kabra ji (IAS) is a native of Udaipur. Presently he is the Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Home Affairs in the state of Jammu and Kashmir. The responsibility of law and order and security of the entire state rests on their strong shoulders. Due to Governor's rule in Jammu and Kashmir, Shri Kabra ji is the head of the Home Department.

At a time when the Modi government has removed Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir, this bill has been passed in the Parliament and at such a sensitive time, Shalin Kabra ji, as the Principal Secretary of the Home Ministry of the State of Jammu and Kashmir, is responsible for the security, They are discharging the important responsibility of maintaining law and order.

Earlier, while being the Chief Electoral Officer of Jammu and Kashmir state, the credit for conducting peaceful elections in the state goes to Shri Kabra ji. This is a matter of inspiration and pride for all of us Maheshwari brothers. Many congratulations to Mr. Shalin Kabra ji!

श्री शालीन काबरा जी (IAS) उदयपुर के मूल निवासी है। वर्तमान में जम्मू कश्मीर राज्य में गृह मंत्रालय में प्रधान सचिव है। पूरे राज्य की कानून व्यवस्था एवं सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी इनके मजबूत कंधो पर है। जम्मू-कश्मीर में राज्यपाल शासन होने के कारण श्री काबरा जी गृह विभाग के प्रमुख है।

ऐसे समय में जब मोदी सरकार ने जम्मू-कश्मीर से धारा 370 हटा दी है, यह बिल संसद में पारित हो गया है और ऐसे संवेदनशील समय में शालीन काबरा जी जम्मू कश्मीर राज्य के गृह मंत्रालय के प्रधान सचिव के नाते जम्मू-कश्मीर में सुरक्षा, कानून और सुव्यवस्था को कायम रखने की महत्वपूर्ण जिम्मेदारी का निर्वहन कर रहे है।

इससे पहले जम्मू कश्मीर राज्य के मुख्य चुनाव अधिकारी रहते हुए राज्य में शांतिपूर्वक चुनाव करवाने का श्रेय श्री काबरा जी को जाता है। यह हम सभी माहेश्वरी बंधुओ के लिए प्रेरणा एवम गौरव का विषय है। श्री शालीन काबरा जी का बहुत-बहुत अभिनंदन !
